  • I’m not sure if I’m a beginner or intermediate. How do I know where I fit?
    Don’t worry! When you sign up, we’ll ask a few simple questions about your prior vocal training or experience. If needed, a short informal voice check can be arranged to place you in the right group.
  • Are the timings suitable for international students?
    Yes! We welcome students from around the world including Singapore, London, Dubai, Melbourne, Dublin, Montreal, and the U.S. We’ll coordinate class timings based on your time zone.
  • How are group classes structured? Will I be grouped with students of similar age and skill level?
    Yes! To ensure every learner receives personalized and effective guidance, group classes (limited to 3 students) are carefully curated based on both: Age group (e.g., kids, teens, adults) Skill level (beginner or intermediate) This approach ensures everyone learns at a comfortable pace, with peer interactions that are both encouraging and enriching.
  • Can I choose between group and one-to-one classes?
    Absolutely. You can opt for: One-to-one sessions (ongoing, flexible schedule) Workshop format (2 classes/week for 4 weeks) Summer Camp (3 classes/week for 3 weeks, more intensive) We’ll help guide you to the right fit based on your availability and goals.
  • Can I choose my trainer?
    We do our best to match you with a Trainer who suits your goals and learning style. Trainers and also chosen based on their availability. If needed, we can discuss alternatives too.
  • What if I miss a class?
    If notified in advance (min 3 hours), we allow rescheduling of missed classes within the validity period of your class cycle.
  • Are classes conducted live or pre-recorded?
    All classes are conducted live (online), one-on-one, sometimes in small groups, to ensure active learning and real-time feedback.
  • Will I receive practice material?
    Yes! Students receive audio recordings, notations, and guidance materials after classes for home practice.
  • When will I have my trial class?
    Once you submit your ENROLLMENT FORM, our team will contact you on WhatsApp or email to fix a convenient time for your free trial class with the suitable trainer.
  • Can I switch class plans later?
    Yes! Students can switch their class cycles plans after discussing with our team.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    We do offer refunds under certain clauses and policies. Please visit our Terms and Conditions page for detailed information. If you're unable to attend a class, rescheduling is possible within the same class cycle, provided prior notice is given. Unused classes that are not rescheduled within the cycle will be forfeited.
  • How do I enroll in a course?
    Simply fill out the ENROLLMENT form on our website or get in touch with us via WhatsApp. We'll schedule a trial class and guide you through the next steps.
  • How do I make a payment?
    Payment account details will be shared once you confirm your admission with Sankeerthanaa after your trial class. We offer multiple class cycle options—4, 8, 12, and 24 classes with discounts available for longer commitments. Visit our Courses Page for more details.
  • What is the minimum and maximum age for learning?
    Our vocal courses and programs are open to learners aged 5 to 70+, and our instrument lessons are for learners aged 7 and above. All our lessons are tailored to each student’s requirement, goal, age and experience level.
  • Where is Sankeerthanaa School of Music located?
    We are based in India, but our online music school proudly serves a global student community across 30+ countries.
  • What courses do you offer?
